Kleurekas help jou om klere in jou kleurseisoen te vind en wys jou waar om dit te koop. 'n Paar belangrike dinge om te verstaan voordat jy inkopies doen:

1. Getrou aan kleur

Kleurekas se uitgestalde items word deur hul eie handelsmerke gefotografeer en geredigeer. Ons kan nie waarborg dat die uitgestalde kleur(e) getrou aan die werklike kleur is nie. Ons streef egter daarna om te verseker dat elke stuk akkuraat geallokeer word op grond van die foto's en inligting tot ons beskikking.

2. Ons verkoop nie die items nie

Kleurekas wys die pad na die regte platforms en items, ons is nie die verkoper nie. Alles rondom jou aankoop (kwaliteit, passing, betaling, aflewering, koeriers, terugsendings en terugbetalings) is tussen jou en die handelsmerk. Ons is nie verantwoordelik of aanspreeklik vir enige deel van daardie transaksie nie.

3. Beskikbaarheid en pryse

'n Item wat op Kleurekas gewys word, mag dalk nie meer beskikbaar, in voorraad, of by die handelsmerk gelys wees nie, selfs al verskyn dit steeds op ons werf. Beskikbaarheid, groottes en pryse lê by die handelsmerk en kan enige tyd verander.

4. Derdeparty-werwe

Ons skakels neem jou na eksterne handelsmerk- en kleinhandelaarwerwe wat ons nie besit of beheer nie. Hul eie bepalings, pryse, privaatheidsbeleide en praktyke geld, en om hulle te besoek is op jou eie risiko. Gaan asseblief hul beleide na voordat jy koop.

5. Leiding, nie 'n waarborg nie

Ons kleurseisoene, allokasies en stylvoorstelle is algemene leiding en ons ingeligte mening, nie 'n waarborg nie. Persoonlike passing, liggaamstipe, begroting en smaak verskil, en ons kan nie waarborg dat 'n item by jou spesifieke behoeftes of verwagtinge sal pas nie.

6. Handelsmerk-beelde en handelsmerke

Produkbeelde, name, logo's en handelsmerke behoort aan hul onderskeie handelsmerke en word slegs vir identifikasie en verwysing gebruik. Ons eis geen eienaarskap en geen assosiasie nie. As jy 'n handelsmerk is en 'n beeld of lys verwyder wil hê, kontak ons en ons sal dadelik optree.

7. Akkuraatheid

Ons werk hard om inligting op datum en korrek geallokeer te hou, maar inhoud mag soms foute, weglatings of verouderde besonderhede bevat, en word "soos dit is" verskaf. Ons mag enige lys of inhoud enige tyd verander, herallokeer of verwyder.

8. Aanspreeklikheid

Kleurekas's featured items are photographed and edited by their own brands. We cannot guarantee the featured colour(s) are true to the actual colour. We do, however, aim to ensure that each piece is allocated accurately based on the photos and information available to us.

Kleurekas points the way to the right platforms and items, we are not the seller. Everything about your purchase (quality, sizing, payment, delivery, couriers, returns and refunds) is between you and the brand. We are not responsible or liable for any part of that transaction.

3. Availability and pricing

An item shown on Kleurekas may no longer be available, in stock, or listed at the brand, even if it still appears on our site. Availability, sizes and prices sit with the brand and can change at any time.

4. Third-party sites

Our links take you to external brand and retailer websites that we don't own or control. Their own terms, pricing, privacy policies and practices apply, and visiting them is at your own risk. Please review their policies before you buy.
