Privaatheidsbeleid
Kleurekas respekteer jou privaatheid. Hierdie beleid verduidelik hoe ons jou persoonlike inligting versamel, gebruik, deel en beskerm, in lyn met die Wet op die Beskerming van Persoonlike Inligting (POPIA).
1. Wie ons is (Verantwoordelike Party)
Kleurekas (“ons”, “ons”) is die verantwoordelike party vir jou persoonlike inligting. Kleurekas word bedryf vanuit Pretoria, Suid-Afrika.

2. Watter inligting ons versamel
- Rekeninginligting: jou e-posadres wanneer jy 'n rekening skep of met Google aanmeld.
- Jou kleurseisoen en voorkeure: die seisoen wat jy kies en enige seisoen-veranderingsversoeke.
- Vraelys-antwoorde: wat jy met ons deel as jy die kort vraelys voltooi.
- Nuusbrief: jou e-posadres as jy vir die nuusbrief inteken.
- Gebruiksdata: watter produkte jy aanklik om na die winkel deur te gaan (om die katalogus te verbeter).
- Tegniese voorkeure: jou taalkeuse, geberg in jou blaaier.
Ons versamel nie betalingsinligting nie (aankope gebeur by die winkels self). Met jou toestemming gebruik ons Google Analytics om te verstaan hoe die werf gebruik word; ons gebruik geen advertensiekoekies nie.
3. Hoekom ons dit gebruik (doel & regsgrond)
- Om jou aan te meld en jou rekening te bestuur (uitvoering van ons diens aan jou).
- Om die katalogus volgens jou kleurseisoen te wys (ons diens aan jou en geregverdigde belang).
- Om die nuusbrief te stuur (slegs met jou toestemming, wat jy enige tyd kan onttrek).
- Om Kleurekas te verbeter deur vraelys- en klik-data (geregverdigde belang).
4. Waar jou inligting gestoor word
Jou data word in 'n Postgres-databasis op Google Cloud gestoor, in die africa-south1 (Johannesburg, Suid-Afrika) streek. Aanmelding word deur Google Firebase Authentication hanteer; sommige van hierdie verwerking kan buite Suid-Afrika plaasvind onder Google se toepaslike databeskermingswaarborge.
5. Met wie ons dit deel
Ons verkoop nooit jou inligting nie. Ons deel dit slegs met diensverskaffers (operateurs) wat ons help om die werf te bedryf, hoofsaaklik Google (Firebase, Cloud SQL, Cloud Run en hosting). Hulle mag dit slegs namens ons en volgens ons opdrag verwerk.
6. Hoe lank ons dit hou
Ons hou jou inligting solank jy 'n aktiewe rekening het of solank dit nodig is vir die doeleindes hierbo. Nuusbrief-inskrywings word gehou totdat jy uitteken. Jy kan enige tyd vra dat ons jou data verwyder.
7. Hoe ons dit beskerm
Die werf gebruik versleutelde verbindings (HTTPS), toegangsbeheer op die databasis, en ons beperk wie by jou inligting kan kom. Geen stelsel is perfek nie, maar ons neem redelike stappe om jou data te beskerm.
8. Koekies en berging
Kleurekas gebruik noodsaaklike en funksionele berging (om jou aan te meld en jou taalkeuse te onthou). Met jou toestemming gebruik ons ook Google Analytics om te meet hoe die werf gebruik word; ons gebruik geen advertensiekoekies nie. Sien die koekie-kennisgewing onderaan die werf, jy kan jou keuse enige tyd verander.
9. Jou regte onder POPIA
Jy het die reg om: toegang tot jou persoonlike inligting te kry; dit reg te stel of te laat uitvee; beswaar te maak teen verwerking; jou toestemming te onttrek; en 'n klag in te dien. Om enige van hierdie te doen, kontak ons by info@kleurekas.com.

11. Veranderinge aan hierdie beleid
Ons mag hierdie beleid van tyd tot tyd opdateer. Die nuutste weergawe sal altyd hier wees, met die datum hierbo.
Hierdie beleid is opgestel om POPIA na te kom. Maatskappy-besonderhede (geregistreerde naam, inligtingsbeampte, kontak-e-pos) moet bevestig word voordat dit finaal gaan.

Kleurekas respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
1. Who we are (Responsible Party)
Kleurekas (“we”, “us”) is the responsible party for your personal information. Kleurekas operates from Pretoria, South Africa.

2. What information we collect
- Account information: your email address when you create an account or sign in with Google.
- Your colour season and preferences: the season you choose and any season-change requests.
- Survey responses: what you share if you complete the short survey.
- Newsletter: your email address if you subscribe to the newsletter.
- Usage data: which products you click through to the store (to improve the catalogue).
- Technical preferences: your language choice, stored in your browser.
We do not collect payment information (purchases happen at the stores themselves). With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used; we use no advertising cookies.
3. Why we use it (purpose & lawful basis)
- To sign you in and manage your account (performance of our service to you).
- To show the catalogue according to your colour season (our service to you and legitimate interest).
- To send the newsletter (only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
- To improve Kleurekas through survey and click data (legitimate interest).
4. Where your information is stored
Your data is stored in a Postgres database on Google Cloud, in the africa-south1 (Johannesburg, South Africa) region. Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase Authentication; some of this processing may occur outside South Africa under Google's applicable data-protection safeguards.
5. Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only with service providers (operators) who help us run the site, primarily Google (Firebase, Cloud SQL, Cloud Run and hosting). They may only process it on our behalf and on our instructions.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you have an active account or for as long as needed for the purposes above. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
7. How we protect it
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), database access controls, and we limit who can access your information. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
8. Cookies and storage
Kleurekas uses essential and functional storage (to sign you in and remember your language). With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used; we use no advertising cookies. See the cookie notice at the bottom of the site, you can change your choice at any time.
9. Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to: access your personal information; correct it or have it deleted; object to processing; withdraw your consent; and lodge a complaint. To do any of these, contact us at info@kleurekas.com.
